Vinyl Land 3 Years – Bnegão e Seletores de Frequência 7″ Launch Party

Vinyl Land Records is coming to the end of 2011 with many reason to celebrate!

Its already been 3 years since the release of the first two 7″s from the Autoramas and The Dead Lovers Twisted Heart in the end of 2008, when we begun our mission to release the best of the new brazilian music on vinyl, one record at a time…

In this path we have  have pressed independently limited edition LPs and 7″s from artists like Tulipa Ruiz, Lucas Santtana, Graveola, Karina Buhr, Do Amor, Nina Becker, Lê Almeida, Curumin, Rock Rocket, Canastra, Fungos Funk and Fusile.

And to comemorate another year full of wax, its time to release Bnegão e Seletores de Frequência‘s first vinyl record, entitled “O Processo”. With the track “Funk (até o caroço)” on the B Side, this “fortyfive” is packed heavy with two anthems from the “00″ generation of brazilian producers, promoters and bands of the “independente” scene of the turn of the century, which simply had to be released on vinyl.

The party is completed with the reunion for the first time in 8 years of the “Vinyl Land Original All Star Djs”: Fausto (Funk-se), Roger Dee (Duelo de MCs) and Tuta (Vinil é Arte Rj), who all deejayed at the first Vinyl Land party way back in 2003. The line up is completed with sets from Dj Yuga (Black Broder) and label founder Luiz Valente.

As the lyrics say: “Its a slow process”, but its definitely worth the wait!
